Dorothy Clutterbuck

Dom Latimers, where the initiation of Dorothy Clutterbuck was to take place Dorothy Clutterbuck (January 19, 1880 - January 12, 1951) is a well-off Christchurch resident in England, according to Gerald Gardner, a member of the Witches Covenant. Clutterbuck never publicly admitted to her business and belonged to the Anglican Church; however, since the time of her death she has become a prominent figure in Wicca history as the alleged New Forest cows leader, where Gardner was initiated, and the owner of the house in which this initiation took place. It is suspected that Clutterbuck personally initiated Gardner.

One of the most important documents that witnessed her beliefs were memoirs from the years 1942-1943; readable for guests and included poetry, illustrations and folklore.
