Himling - an island created by J.R.R. Tolkien's medieval mythology. Mentions on it are in Unfinished tales. It is marked and signed on one of the maps in the Atlas of Middle-Earth, Karen Wynn Fonstad (on the map in Unfinished Tales is only selected).

It was located on the northwestern coast of Middle East, east of Tol Fuin. It was a remnant of the Himring hills (more precisely its top). This island was formed after the drowning of Beleriand at the end of the First Age, during the Anger War. Probably not inhabited. is a Sindarin word and probably is an earlier form of the Himring name. Bibliography
