Paul von Kügelgen

Paul von Kügelgen (born 1843 in Rakvere in Estonia, died 1904 in St. Petersburg) is a German journalist.

Paul von Kügelgen was the son of Konstantin von Kügelgen. He graduated from the University of Dorpat. He edited the Revalsche Zeitung, Nordische and, since 1874, the Saint Petersburger Zeitung, the main writing of the Germans living in Russia. He also taught German. He translated works by A. A. Tolstoy: Ein Blick auf das Unterrichtswesen Busslands im 18th Jahrhundert bis 1782 (1884);
