Taborcillo John Wayne Island Advertisement Taborcillo (or John Wayne Island) is a small private island located in the Pacific Ocean about 40 km west of Panama City. It was owned by an American film actor, John Wayne. Currently owned by German businessman Ralph Hübner, owner of "Who is Who".

On the island there are hotels and amusement parks, it is the destination of tourists from America and Europe. The owner of the island also sells the parcels on the island to persons whose data are included in "Who is Who".
