Purchase right
The right of acquisition - a special right granted by the Agricultural Property Agency under the Law on the Formation of the Agricultural System of 2003.
The exercise of this right is a unilateral, unnamed legal action. The right of acquisition is granted to an ANR when a transfer of ownership of an agricultural property occurs under a contract other than sales.
ANR exercises the right of acquisition by unilateral statement of will, made within one month of the transfer of ownership.
The purchase right is excluded in the following situations:
