Sabinianie
Sabinians (or Cassians) - a Roman school of law established at the beginning of the 1st century.
Founder of the Sabinian school was Gaius Aytius Capito, a lawyer from the time of Augustus, who supported the primordial (primitive). However, the name of the school was taken from the successor of the founder, Sabinus. The school's views are defined as opposition to Prokulian's competitive Republican school. Among the representatives of the Sabinian school are: Gaius Cassius Longinus (the alternative name of the school - Cassian), Lucius Jawolenus Pryskus and Julianus Salvius.
Sabinian's work was used during the codification of Justinian's law in VIn.e. Bibliography
