This concept is defined in the Act of 27 March 2003 on planning and spatial planning (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1073, as amended) and later adopted in the non-binding law of 11 May 2007 on the creation and operation of large-scale commercial objects, regulating the rules of creation and operation of large-scale commercial objects.
