Distribution network - a group of cooperating companies performing deliveries from suppliers to multiple customers.

The distribution network in the market takes place both in the case of deliveries from a trading company (supplier) to multiple manufacturers (customers) and from a manufacturing (supplier) to multiple traders (customers). Choosing the best distribution network for a company is one of the strategic logistics decisions. The length of the distribution chain and the large number of intermediate partners in the distribution network will increase the time the product is delivered to the customer.
