Obeya

Obeya (large room) - used in Asian companies (among others in Toyota) is a project management method consisting in creating an inter-working design team working in one room. This method is used to efficiently manage information and make immediate decisions. Obeya gathers all the people working on the product and how it is made in one place. Obey's goal is to develop a concept of "converging with the goal within a set of alternatives" that is to select the best elements from different alternatives (and not just the best alternatives) and thus create the best solution. Visual inspection is important in the Big Room, which allows you to quickly review your team progress and determine where your team is at the moment. Bibliography
