Uba

Uba (also Both: Rakhine and Rus: Уба) is a river in eastern Kazakhstan, the right tributary of Irtysh. Length - 278 km, catchment area - 9850 km², average flow (8 km from mouth) - 177 m³ / s.

The snow-mixed regime is highest with April to mid-July

It originates from the combination of White Uba and Black Uba in Western Altai near Ridder town. It flows west, after leaving the mountains near the city of Shamanaicha turns south and goes to Irtysh. The upper reaches create many waterfalls, the lower one divides into numerous arms. It froze at the turn of December and January, it smiles at the turn of April and May. The river is navigable.
