Oleg "(Russian: Пешковский) - a voluntary Russian military unit in the Kwantung Army during the Second World War.
Between 1939 and 1940, a volunteer military unit was formed in Hailar, in Inner Mongolia. It was named "Pieszkowski" by the name of the commander of the col. Ivan A. Pieszkow. Boris Zimin was the substitute. There were about 450 cavalrymen. He was part of the Japanese Kwantun Army. At the beginning. In August 1945, the Japanese began to dismantle it because they did not believe in the possibility of fighting his soldiers with the Red Army. Finally, on August 9th, they crossed the Buchanan rulers, then opened fire with machine guns. Over 100 soldiers were killed, including Col. I.A. Pieszków.
