Empowerment
Empowerment - the process of involving employees in making decisions about the organization and allowing them to take responsibility for their actions, which translates into cost awareness, sense of belonging, productivity gains, and improved teamwork through the sense that employees have a real decision-making power. This leads to the fact that the team members are taking on tasks like the owners of the company, and therefore with greater responsibility and commitment.
Empowerment is one of the concepts of human resource management, leading to empowerment and empowerment. Empowerment is the basis of personal leadership and servant leadership. As Ken Blanchard states, the key to empowerment is empowerment. In his view, empowerment is the process of triggering the power dormant in employees: their knowledge, experience and motivation and the direction of that power to achieve results. Jacek Otto, analyzing empowerment in the context of relationship marketing, notes that an employee, in his own discretion and prudence, may exceed the customary requirements of his duties in order to best meet the needs of the client. For Maria Tchaikovsky it means both empowering someone to do something and helping people to develop self-confidence and overcome the feeling of helplessness.
