Hannibal Alphons Emanuel, Prince von Porcia (1679-1737) was an Austrian aristocrat, politician and diplomat.

He was originally a councilor of the court (Hofrat) and a clerk (Kammerherr). He was later a knight of the Order of St. Hubert (St. Huberti-Ordens Ritter). Then the high court official (Obersterblandhofmstr).

In 1699 his wife, Countess Dorothea Constantia von Daun (1663-1738), became his wife.
