Members of the Association include students and graduates of international relations and other related fields of study in the socio-political field, including academic staff of the University of Warsaw, PhD students, public sector employees, NGO activists.

The aims of the Association include: preparing young people to participate in public and social life in Poland, shaping a positive image of Poland in Europe and the world, supporting the process of building civil society and developing international youth cooperation.

The President of the Association is Małgorzata Jastrzębska. Previously this function was also performed by Łukasz Kowalczyk, Jannis Koasidis, Bartłomiej Janicki and Urszula Ostaniewicz.
