Dallas Taylor (vocalist)


Dallas Taylor (born 17 May 1980) is a former vocalist and bassist of the Underoath metalcore band. He took part in the recording of three albums - Act of Depression, Cries of the Past and The Changing of the Times. In 2003, Dallas was asked to leave the band due to poor relationships with other members. Spencer Chamberlain, who is the vocalist of Underoath, is still in his place today.

In 2004, Dallas returned with a new musical project, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. The first album, bearing the same name as the band, appeared on the market on October 25, 2005. At the same time they signed a contract with Mono vs Stereo. Some time later they started working with Ferret Records. In 2007 the band released their second album entitled "II".

One of his big passions is gardening, which he got from his father. His wife's name is Allison. They have a son, Corgan Taliaferro Taylor (born 2006). Dallas also has a brother named Nash Fleet.

Dallas is also known for playing in the double team of Everett, where he plays with Patrick Copeland. They have been friends for a long time. So far they have released a Destination minialbum, which consists of four songs that you can listen to on iTunes.
