Kathleen E. Woodiwiss Kathleen Erin Hogg Woodiwiss (born June 3, 1939 in Alexandria, Louisiana, July 6, 2007) is an American writer and pioneer of modern historical romance. Her name was Kathleen Erin Hogg. Life
Her husband, aviation officer Ross Woodiwissa, met her at the age of 16. His work forced them to move to Japan, and eventually to Minneapolis. Ross Woodiwiss died in 1996. The author has published 13 novels for 35 years. All are listed on the New York Times bestseller list. In her books she describes the relationships of women with heroes who saved them. She liked long storylines, controversial situations and characters, and full of love scenes. Despite the disease, the writer managed to finish his last novel, Everlasting.
