Neoclasycy
Neoclassical - a group of Ukrainian poets and writers - modernists, operating in the early 20th century.
The founders of the group were five people: Mykola Zerov, Paweł Fyłypowycz, Mychayo Draj-Chmara, Oswald Burghardt (Yuri Klen) and Maksym Rylski.
Members of the group presented themselves as aesthetics, and sharply opposed nationalism and romanticism. Apart from literary works, the members of the group dealt with literary criticism and the theory of Ukrainian modernism. They belong to a generation defined as a shot of rebirth.
