European Union Knowledge Olympiad (Szczecin)


The Olympics of Knowledge about the European Union (Szczecin) - a nationally-owned Polish Olympiad organized annually since the 1996/97 school year for upper secondary school students. Initially, it functioned as the Westpomeranian Olympics, but in 2000 it was granted the status of the nationwide Olympics.

The organizer of the competition is the European Chair. Jean Monnet at the Department of Political Science at the University of Szczecin. The Chairman of the Main Committee of the Olympiad is prof. dr hab. Janusz Ruszkowski.

The competition is divided into three parts:

Qualifications resulting from being a laureate or finalist are varied depending on the university. Senate decisions may allow full or partial exemption from recruitment.
