Ghetto in Andrychow - ghetto created on 26 September 1941 by the Germans in Andrychów. The ghetto had a rotational character - it was the place where the Jews were brought before they were taken to Auschwitz. There were Jews here. from Andrychów, Biała, Czańca, Inwałd, Kęt, Nidek and Żywiec.

The ghetto was planned for about 300 people. The central part of the ghetto on Brzegi Street was surrounded by a two-meter grid and the remaining streets were left open. There was no order, there were no epidemics - the Germans showed them to the commissions of the Red Cross. Jews locked in the ghetto were forced to work hard, for example: to regulate Wieprzówka and Sola. The elderly, sick and children under the age of ten were immediately taken to Auschwitz.
