Mykola Kuźmyn
Mykoła Kuźmyn, Mikołaj Kuźmin (born May 25, 1881 in Jezierna, May 27, 1955 in Cleveland) is a Ukrainian social activist, farmer, member of the Central Committee of the Ukrainian National Democratic Union (UNDO) in 1925-1928, II term of office in the Second Republic.
He graduated from the folk school, passed the examination giving the authority of the controller and the secretary of the municipalities. Farmer in Jezierna, manager of agricultural cooperatives, member of the "Proświty" department.
In the parliamentary elections of 1928, he was elected Senator of the Republic of Poland from the list of the National Minority Bloc of the Tarnow Province.
August 31, 1930 elected as deputy board member of Proswity. On May 9, 1931 a trial against him and Anton Kuńka, accused of organizing an illegal rally, began on Tarnopol. On August 22, 1931 the court released them from charges. In the years 1933-1939 a member of the Chamber of Agriculture in Lviv and a member of the Chamber of Councilors of the Ukrainian Chamber on 19 April 1934. He died in emigration in the USA.
