Spherical panorama
Stereographic representation (small planet). Equivalent projection (bottom visible parts of the tripod and head).
The spherical panorama is done by a panoramic camera or by combining snippets with computer programs. Photos can be taken from the hand, but better quality by using the stand for spherical panoramas. By using the head, the camera rotates with respect to the axis passing through the point without the parallax (input pupil) of the lens to eliminate the parallax error.
