Equality before the law

Equality before the law - a constitutional standard requiring the legislation to treat people in a similar situation. The Constitution of the Republic of Poland forbids discriminate or introduce special entitlements for persons on grounds of sex, birth, race, nationality, education, occupation and religion.

Another definition is the term equality in law, which requires the creation of the content of the law in a manner that eliminates unjustified discrimination or privilege. Read about legal notices in Wikipedia.
