Partial abnormal pulmonary vein attachment, pulmonary venous return, PAPVR - pulmonary vein malformation consisting of the presence of small, unruly right lung with abnormal venous flow directly to the main vein below the diaphragm or under the diaphragm and partial abnormal arterial pulmonary circulation from the systemic circulation.
