The conspiracy treaty (conspiracy agreement) - an agreement concluded in 1214 in Spisz between Leszek Biała and the Hungarian king Andrzej II on Rusi Halicka.

According to Roman Mstislavich's death, the Halice throne was to inherit the son of Andrzej II, while the western part of the Duchy of Halicki with Przemysl was to receive Leszek Biały.

In order to seal the settlement, the Hungarian prince Koloman Halicki was supposed to marry Leszek Biala's daughter, Salomea.

He ended the struggle for control of Rusia Halice.

However, dissatisfied with the Hungarian domination of the Halic warriors began in 1216 the uprising ended with the expulsion of the Hungarian crews, and the expedition became Mścisław II Udały.
