Zdzisław Dubiella


Zdzisław Andrzej Dubiella (born April 27, 1938 in Starogard Gdański) - Polish politician, physicist, deputy to the Sejm of the first term. Curriculum vitae

He graduated in 1960 from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He obtained his doctoral degree in physical sciences at the University of Gdańsk. From 1960 to 1970 he worked as a teacher in secondary schools. Between 1970-1981 and 1989-1996 he was an assistant and adjunct professor at the Higher School of Engineering in Koszalin (renamed Koszalin University of Technology). From 1995 to 2000 he was rector of the Baltic Higher School of Humanities, and then briefly held this post at the Elbląg Higher School of the Humanities. Since 2001 he was the vice-rector of Elbląg University of Humanities and Economics, then was elected rector of this university.

In the years 1991-1993 he was the mandate of the Sejm of the first term, elected from the list of the Civic Center (from Koszalin-Słupsk district). From 1994 to 2002 he was a member of the city council of Koszalin. In 2013 elected to the city council of Elblag from the list of Law and Justice, he also retired in 2014. Bibliography
