Victor Larson


Виктор Александрович Ларионов (born July 13, 1897 in Saint Petersburg, after 1984) - Russian military captain, emigre publicist and military activist, special-purpose officer at the chief executive Committee of the Liberation of the Nations of Russia at the end of World War II.

In 1916, he graduated from St. Petersburg High School, until May 1917 he served in the naval school unit, and from June 1917 he studied at the Constantine School of Artillery. In November of this year he joined the White Army. Served in junior artillery batteries, from 12 February 1918 as a junior officer. He fought in Kuban in the rank of 1 officer's artillery battery, from March 21, 1919 - 1 light artillery squadron, then the Markov Brigade; twice was seriously wounded. In October 1920 he was promoted to the rank of captain. After the evacuation of white troops from the Crimea in November this year, he settled in exile. He became a member of the Russian General Association (ROWS). From 1927 he lived in France. At the beginning of June this year he participated in a terrorist operation in Leningrad, consisting in blasting explosive charges at a party club, resulting in the injured 40 workers. In 1930, he founded the association "Белая идея", aiming at activating the anti-Soviet activity of Russian emigration. In 1931 he published an action book in Leningrad "Боевая вылазка в СССР. "In the 1930s he played a major role in a secret organization inside ROWS called Inner Line, founded by Gen. Nikolay W. Skoblin, recruited by the NKVD. In 1938, he was deported from France to be anti-Soviet. During the Second World War he cooperated with Germans. He worked with Abwehra. After the attack on the USSR on 22 June 1941 he joined the German army. Served in occupied Smolensk. At the end of 1944, he became an officer of the special commission (intelligence and counterintelligence) at the headquarters of the Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia. After the war he settled in western Germany. In 1984 in Frankfurt am Main he published his memoirs Последние юнкера. His fates are unknown.
