Derivative concept of interpretation
The derivative concept of interpretation takes two forms - general and particular. The general concept assumes that the interpretation of the legal text is an interpretation, that is, the meaning attribution to the terms used in the legal text. In such a sense, it is assumed that there is no possibility of direct understanding of the legal text - even when it is read directly, we interpret it by assigning the content and scope of connotation and denotation to the individual expressions.
In the special version, the distinction between the rule and the norm is exposed. The interpretation is to read from the rule of abstract and general norm. So it will be in two phases. In the first case, we reconstruct such a norm-form expression, and in the second we give meaning to the individual expressions that make up its composition.
