He came from southern Albania. He was an Islamic cleric. He was educated for 11 years in Cairo, after returning home he worked as an imam in Konispol. He wrote in the Chama dialect. Belongs to the Albanian Bejtexhi - Albanian dialect, using a single Arabic word using the Arabic alphabet. He was the first Albanian author to write long poetry works (poems), of which the most famous was written around 1820 Erveheja (another Ravda title - garden). It is a story based on the story of a full-time adventurer named Ervehe. Almost 200 pages long, Ervehey was considered the only work of Kyçky. Much later, the moral poem Jusufi and Zelihaja was found, referring to the biblical story of Joseph and his wife Putyfara. Much shorter is the poem Gurbetlitë (Emigrants) devoted to the problem of economic migration of Albanians. Kyçyku translated Al Busiri's works from Arabic. bibliography
