The degree of rescuer WOPR was found legal in Resolution No. 5/6/09 of the Presidium of the Board of the Central Voluntary Rescue Service of 5 December 2009 on the degree of rescuers and instructors WOPR. After the entry into force of the Law on the Safety of People in Water Areas in 2012, there is only one mandatory entitlement - a water rescuer who replaced all existing water rescue powers. However, the Water Volunteer Rescue Service has retained all the previous degrees that should be treated as internal hierarchies of the organization (confirmation of the status quo can be found eg in a resolution of the WGDR of 28 March 2015).
