Jozef Czartoryski (died 1750)


Józef Czartoryski (died August 1, 1750) - prince in Klewanie and Zhukov, great Lithuanian patron.

The son of Jan Karol, a subcommite of Cracow and his wife Magdalena Konopacki. On July 14, 1698, he was appointed Grand Marshal of Lithuania after Grzegorz Ogiński. He married Teresa Denhoff, the daughter of Władysław, the Pomeranian governor. He had a son of Stanislaus and a daughter Jozefa Maria Magdalena.

Józef Czartoryski was 52 years old and died after a long illness. He was buried on 17 August 1750 in Cracow.

He was a member of the duchy of Auschwitz and Zator for the Diet of 1720.
