Yuri Ivanovich Kostenko, born Юрій Іванович Костенко (born 12 June 1951 in Nowe Obodiwka in the Vinnitsky region) is a Ukrainian politician, educated engineer, technical science candidate, MP and former minister. Curriculum vitae

In the years 1990-2006 he served as a deputy to the Verkhovna Rada. From 1992 to 1995 he served as Minister of Environmental Protection.

He was one of the founders of the People's Movement of Ukraine (NRU). vice president of the party.
