Trustee (banking)
Custodian - the person appointed (along with the deputy) by the Financial Supervision Commission at each mortgage bank, upon request of the supervisory board of the bank. The trustee and his deputy may not be a mortgage bank employee, but are remunerated by him. Their term of office is 6 years and can only be extended once. The trustee and his deputy should have the nationality of one of the Member States of the European Union, have a higher education and be guaranteed a fair performance of the duties imposed on them.
