According to data from March 2008, the largest shareholder of the company is Buskot Trading Ltd, holding 50.01% of shares and votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders. Others hold 49.99% of shares and votes.

On September 9, 2008, the fund's general meeting resolved to merge with V NFI Victoria. The merger involved the acquisition of NFI Fortuna by NFI Victoria, and the existing shareholders were allocated NFI Victoria shares.
