Stanislaw Ruziewicz (born 29 August 1889 in Kolomyia, died July 12, 1941) is a Polish mathematician. Curriculum vitae

He was a professor at the Polytechnic and University of Lviv and the last president of the Academy of Foreign Trade (since 1939) before the outbreak of World War II. In the years 1932-1933 he was the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UJK. He belonged to the so-called. Lviv mathematics school. His works deal with set theory and real functions. He was a curator and honorary philanthropist of Aragon. After the occupation of Lwow by the USSR - it was still until 1941 the professor and the Russian rector - the deputy of the Lviv State Institute of Soviet Trade.
