System 7/24


System 7/24 - teleinformatic system, the aim of which is to widen the availability of Public Employment Services. This system provides free telephone access to current job offers, training and career guidance. It also allows employers to quickly search for candidates for employees. This system was implemented in Podlaskie Voivodeship.

This system was created within the framework of the Labor Office project 7 days a week, 24 hours a day under Measure 1.1 (Development and modernization of labor market instruments and institutions, B scheme - Development of the offer of services of the labor market institutions) Sectoral Operational Program Development of Resources human. The leader of the project is the Voivodeship Labor Office in Bialystok, partners: Podlaskie Voivodship Board and fourteen Podlaskie Voivodeship employment offices.

7/24 System Services are available in the Podlaskie Voivodeship since November 2007. System 7/24 was the first of its kind in Poland.

According to the plans of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the teleinformatic solutions developed by Podlaskie Labor Offices are to be introduced also in other voivodships. As a result, System 7/24 was transformed into the Green Line - Information and Consultation Center for Employment Services, which has been operating nationwide since April 2009 under the helpline number 19524.
