Dressler's team
Dressler's syndrome (Dressler's syndrome) - Pericarditis or pleurisy accompanied by fever and malaise. Often the patient has anemia with a significantly increased OB. It is a complication of myocardial infarction.
Sometimes, Dressler's team is described as the so-called. Cardiomyopathy following open heart surgery. Dressler's syndrome appears most often in the 2nd-6th. a week after a heart attack. This is a late complication and should be distinguished from early postoperative pericarditis occurring a few days after myocardial infarction. Treatment consists of administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or glucocorticoids. The band was named in honor of William Dressler.
