Leszek Brzeziński (born 25 September 1955 in Kraków, died 18 August 2017) is a Polish footballer, striker of Górnik Zabrze from the first half of the 1980's.

Waworzek Wawel Krakow, also played in Boleslaw Bukowno, Grunwald Halemba Ruda Slaska and Cracovia. Well technically trained player but without representative aspirations. After finishing his career, he worked as a team manager at Górnik Zabrze and as an assistant to the coach of Steel Mielec (he held the post in 1995-1997).
