Suspected - in Polish criminal proceedings a participant in the proceedings defined in art. 71 § 1 k.p.k. as the person against whom the statement of objections (Article 313 § 1 of the Criminal Code) was issued, or which, without the provision of such a provision, has been charged with the commencement of the hearing as a suspect (see, however, Article 308 § 3 of the CCP).
