Georg Schallermair
Georg Schallermaira's arrest warrant
Georg Schallermair (born December 29, 1894, died June 7, 1951) is a Nazi criminal, report officer at KL Mühldorf, Dachau aside and SS-Hauptscharführer.
Born in Hebertshausen. Before the camp in 1944 he was a soldier of the Wehrmacht. Then he was transferred to the Waffen-SS. From August 1944 to May 1, 1945 he was a report officer (Rapportführer), responsible for the prisoners' appeals in the Mühldorf camp. He was co-responsible for the deaths of many prisoners. He was pining on them and was responsible for the terrible conditions in the camp.
After the end of the war, Schallermair was tried by the American Military Tribunal in Dachau on 18-23 September 1947. He was found guilty and sentenced to death. The sentence was made by hanging in the Landsberg prison in June 1951. Bibliography
