Józef Dąbrowski (politician)


Józef Dąbrowski (born March 9, 1949 in Mińsk Mazowiecki) - Polish politician, trade union activist, railwayman, Member of Parliament for the third term of office. Curriculum vitae

He completed his studies at the Institute of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 1972 he has been working in railroads, including in the first half of the 1990s as a director. Since 1980 it belongs to Solidarity. During martial law he was interned for the period from 19 December 1981 to 29 April 1982.

He served as a Member of the III term elected from the AWS. He chaired the Transport Committee. In 2000 he was excluded from the AWS parliamentary club. In 2001 he returned to work at PKP, for several months he was a member of PKP Intercity's management board, later became a spokesperson for client rights.

  • It belongs to the Association of Catholic Families, since 1996 he chaired the Polish Catholic Railway Association. with Radio Maryja. He is a Knight of the Order of the Grave of the Divine Grace in Jerusalem. Bibliography
