Piotr Woźnicki (coach)


Piotr Woźnicki (born 1975 in Kraków) - Polish swimmer and trainer, member of the board of the UKU Unia Oswiecim club, coach of the Olympic team. Curriculum vitae

He was swimming under the guidance of his father, coach Kazimierz Woźnicki. His greatest success as a player was in the junior and senior championships in Poland between 1990 and 1993. He completed physiotherapy at the Academy of Physical Education in Cracow. He was a teacher-trainer at the sports school in Auschwitz, at the Dwory Unia club.

Recently associated with the UKP Union, and since 2003 appointed as coach of the Olympic team of swimmers. Together with Marek Dorywalski, he trained several Polish medalists in the junior and senior categories, among others. Pawel Korzeniowski, Sławomir Wolniak, Marcin Unold, Tomasz Gaszyk. He participated in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. Now, together with Paweł Słominski, the head coach of the national team, he is leading the team of Polish swimmers. Bibliography
