Problem statement

Problem statement - in modal logic, a statement made from a modal functor can (or equivalent, eg "acceptable") states the possibility and the argument in the form of a sentence or its negation.

Example: Jan Nowak may be right.

Modal statements are not statements in a logical sense, since they can not be assigned an objective logical value without making an appropriate interpretation (eg logical or pure) and therefore belong to the category of incomplete statements.
