Christian Eisbusch


Christian Eisbusch (born December 8, 1917, 3 October 1947) is a captain in the Flossenbürg concentration camp and war criminal.

The prisoner of the Flossenbürg camp from January 1943 to April 1945. He served as chief capo at the Ganacker sub-camp hospital. Eisbusch maltreated and killed prisoners. At the end of the war, he claimed to be insane.

In the first trial of the Flossenbürg crew, the American Military Court in Dachau stated that Eisbusch was competent and responsible for his actions. He was sentenced to death and hanged in the Landsberg Prison on October 3, 1947. Bibliography
