Derivative concept of interpretation

The derivative concept of interpretation takes two forms - general and particular. The general concept assumes that the interpretation of the legal text is an interpretation, that is, the meaning attribution to the terms used in the legal text. In such a sense, it is assumed that there is no possibility of direct understanding of the legal text - even when it is read directly, we interpret it by assigning the content and scope of connotation and denotation to the individual expressions. In the special version, the distinction between the rule and the norm is exposed. The interpretation is to read from the rule of abstract and general norm. So it will be in two phases. In the first case, we reconstruct such a norm-form expression, and in the second we give meaning to the individual expressions that make up its composition. wiki

Neutralization reaction

neutralization reaction - a chemical reaction between an acid and a base that leads to a change in the pH of the reaction medium towards a more neutral reaction. As a result, salt is formed and often, though not always, water. In another sense, neutralization is any reaction that results in a change in the pH of the environment, not necessarily between acid and base, but also between salt and acid or base, two acids, two bases, and even two salts. Cedular tax

Taxation of finches may be final or preliminary. When it is final the taxpayer pays a separate tax on each cedule. When it is initial, the remaining taxable income from the individual goats is added up and re-taxed according to progressive rates. This allows one to prefer and discriminate against other types of income by setting different rates and scales of taxation and by doing so a specific tax policy. In the case of cedular tax, the progressive use of taxpayers with incomes from several sources is hindered. MOS Technology 6507

Atari 2600 Atari 1050 floppy drive MOS Technology 6507 - 8-bit processor from MOS Technology. It was a degraded version of the 6502. In order to reduce costs, MOS reduced the number of address pins from 16 to 13. This resulted in a reduction in the 6507 address space to 8 KB, but still in 1975 the number was relatively large. This move made it possible to place the system in a smaller 6502, 28-pin casing. Short 6507 address bus has prevented external interrupt handling. This processor has found its widespread use only in the Atari 2600 video game console and as a floppy disk controller on the Atari 810 and 1050 models.
