Kickapoo is the first song in the Tenacious D comedy film Tenacious D, the pick of Destiny, also featured on the soundtrack of the movie and their 2006 tour. History

The song tells the fictional story of a young JB (Jack Black), who runs away from a very religious father to become a rock star. This is how Ronnie James Dio advises him from the poster to which JB is praying before his escape.

Tenacious D played Kickapoo on December 2, 2006 in one episode of Saturday Night Live. To avoid being vulgar, they turned fuck into freak and cock on rock.
