Adolf Wallenberg
Adolf Wallenberg (born November 10, 1862 in Starogard Gdansk, died April 10, 1949 in Manteno) is a German neurologist and neuroanatomist. From 1907 to 1928 he was the head of the internal medicine department at this hospital, and in 1910 he became a titular professor. His name is associated with the eponim of Wallenberg's band, which is one of the most important so- alternating units. Married to Helene Levitus.
